Class at the Mall!

Retail Operations
This exciting course is designed to teach students about advertising, sales, marketing and owning your own business. Students use the mall as a lab to participate in hands-on activities and research. Students prepare for
the National Retail Federation Customer Service Certification.

Retail Management
Students learn management skills that empower them to gain confidence in the business environment. Topics of study include: business plan writing, creative presentation skills, promotion, finance and marketing. Students work toward the National Retail Federation Sales and Service Certification.

Pre-requisites
Students must successfully complete Retail Operations to advance to Retail Management.
