Course description This two-year program is designed to give students hands-on experience in the hotel industry.
Students meet at the ATC for classroom instruction and receive hands-on experience at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Studies include sales and marketing, Internet marketing, rooms division operating procedures, and food and beverage service. The second-year course prepares students for supervisory positions in the hotel industry through the use of The American Hotel and Lodging Association Curriculum. Recognized industry certification is available to students upon completion of course.
Pre-requisites • Students
must pass Hotel Operations with a “C” or better prior to
taking the Hotel Management class.
